Stephen W. Paxton, DC

Stephen W. Paxton, “Dr. Steve”, has a passion for helping people live their lives to the fullest. After a 23-year career at Hewlett-Packard and nearly a decade serving as the connections/executive pastor at his church in Colorado, Dr. Steve felt a new calling. At the age of 55, he made the bold decision to return to school and pursue his passion for chiropractic care. He graduated summa cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic and joined Hunt Spinal Care in October 2020.

Dr. Steve’s personal journey with chiropractic care began in 2007, after seeking relief from pain that an MD suggested treating with muscle relaxers and painkillers. Unsatisfied with treating the symptoms rather than addressing the root cause, he turned to chiropractic care—and the results were life-changing. He went to a chiropractor, got adjusted, and felt a lot better without relying on any medication. He began regular chiropractic care after that.

This profound experience sparked his desire to help others find the same relief and better health. Today, as a chiropractor, Dr. Steve is dedicated to improving his patients’ lives by helping them feel their best naturally. His passion gives him a deep sense of purpose and meaning, which he hopes to use to help others for the rest of his life.
